The Cashback will be credited in the MuscleXp wallet of the user post successful transaction or after the Return period is over. The cashback will be applied as a discount. Please read all the Terms and Conditions for further details.
HOW CAN THE OFFER BE AVAILED
Create an account with MuscleXp by going on www.musclexp.com or login to your existing MuscleXp account.
Go to the payments page and select Wallet cashback as the payment option.
The Cashback will be added to your MuscleXp Wallet if you are eligible for the Cashback. The same will be notified to you via an Email.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This offer is available for registered users only.
- The offer is valid for users in India only.
- The Cashback received will be in the form of MuscleXp wallet cash that can be redeemed when you next shop with us.
- The Cashback received will be valid for 90 days from the date of order placed.
- According to the Cashback policy, the user will be eligible to avail Cashback of not more than Rs. 1000 per order.
- You will not be entitled to withdraw the eligible cashback amount into your bank account or be able to or ask for cash withdrawal under any circumstances. The cashback amount can not be credited to any prepaid service issued under applicable RBI laws.
- MuscleXp reserves all rights to use reasonable technological or any other methods to prevent or protect from the abuse of the Offer terms. Further, you also acknowledge MuscleXp right to take certain actions that include placing holds, imposing reserves, or limiting access to your offer. This may be due to confidential criteria that is important for our risk management, the user’s account security, comply with applicable laws or protect the Oirental Botanics System. You agree that MuscleXp is not obliged to disclose the details and norms of its risk management or security procedures to you. The Cashback offer will not be eligible on transactions processed through Virtual Cards.
- If in case your order gets canceled by the payer /refunded by the merchant, MuscleXp cashback that has been awarded to your account will be withdrawn.
- Any cancellations/ refunds, where awarded cashback is used or For partial cancellations, a refund will be processed as per MuscleXp policies.
- In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, MuscleXp solely reserves the right to revoke the cashback offer/ not award the cashback at all.
- In addition to the above mentioned conditions, this offer is also subject to MuscleXp general Terms of Use.
